How do credits work?
Credits are used for AI chat, image generation, and video generation. Each task costs credits based on the model and settings. You'll see the estimated credits before you run.
What's the difference between monthly/yearly and pay-as-you-go?
Subscriptions renew automatically and refresh credits each billing cycle; yearly offers the best per-credit price. Pay-as-you-go is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
Do credits expire?
One-time credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are tied to the billing period and expire at the end of the current cycle.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits reset each cycle, so use them before the period ends. One-time credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page; your access remains active until the end of the current period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Generation pauses when credits hit zero. You can top up with a pay-as-you-go pack or upgrade your plan to continue.
Can I buy extra credits while subscribed?
Yes. One-time packs can be purchased anytime and never expire.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
We currently allow only one active subscription at a time. If you need to upgrade immediately, contact support and we will help cancel your current subscription so you can subscribe to the new plan. Email support@glm5.app.
What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe. Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link work on every plan. Alipay and WeChat Pay are also available on one-time credit packs — subscriptions are card-only.

Do yearly plans give me all the credits on day one?
Yearly plans are charged in full when you subscribe, and the credits arrive one month at a time: you get your monthly allowance on the day you subscribe and again on the same day each month for twelve months. Unused credits roll over within your plan year. Yearly subscriptions bought before this change keep their original all-at-once allocation.
