- Upload or use content you do not have rights to, including unlicensed reference materials.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the GLM 5 models, technology, or other proprietary components.

- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-created where disclosure is legally required.

If you upload reference files, you confirm you have permission to process that content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Outputs and Licensing

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and references, and the resulting outputs, comply with law and do not infringe third-party rights. GLM 5 does not guarantee that outputs are free of IP or other restrictions.
Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLM 5 and glm5.app shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLM 5, glm5.app, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content (including prompts and uploads), or violation of these Terms.
