How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI chat, image generation, and video generation. Each task costs credits based on the model and settings. You'll see the estimated credits before you run.

What's the difference between monthly/yearly and pay-as-you-go?

Subscriptions renew automatically and refresh credits each billing cycle; yearly offers the best per-credit price. Pay-as-you-go is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

Do credits expire?

One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase. Subscription credits are tied to the billing period and expire at the end of the current cycle.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits reset each cycle, so use them before the period ends. One-time credits are valid for 1 year from purchase.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page; your access remains active until the end of the current period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Generation pauses when credits hit zero. You can top up with a pay-as-you-go pack or upgrade your plan to continue.

Can I buy extra credits while subscribed?

Yes. One-time packs can be purchased anytime and are valid for 1 year from purchase.

How can I upgrade my subscription?

We currently allow only one active subscription at a time. If you need to upgrade immediately, contact support and we will help cancel your current subscription so you can subscribe to the new plan. Email support@glm5.app.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently we support Stripe (major credit/debit cards).
